i stayed in a premium king room for my trip. the room offered a spacious bathroom with good water pressure in the shower i also had complimentary drinks and panettone upon arrival to mark my anniversary
the ground floor rooms can experience noise from the courtyard it sometimes made resting difficult

i appreciated the easy walk to the centre. The hotel had a secure parking option close by which was VERY convenient. Our suite was perfect for our family. The breakfast included a fantastic range of tasty food.
the ground floor room facing the inner courtyard got quite NOISY. i could hear people talking and sounds transmitted into the rooms. The hotel should warn guests about potential disturbances.

the location was great, close to both the train station and the city center. i liked that the breakfast had a hot breakfast option, including bacon and scrambled eggs. the breakfast was AMAZING!!!
the room i stayed in was a bit small. i also found that there were no toiletries provided in the bathroom, not even cotton buds or makeup remover pads.
